What is the legal age to get a tattoo in China?

One of my friends is doing an article on tattoos and piercings and she needs to know what the legal age of being able to get a tattoo in China is. It would help her a lot because its one of the highest economical and industrial areas of the world.

Actually there is no certain rules on that issue. But most parents in China won’t allow their children to do that. If there is an age limit, I think that’ll be 18. In China children are strictly controled by their parents, so things like tattoo are usually forbidden until they can make a living by themselves.
